The color below is very close to correct
An unnatural red is brought out with flash
Left, taken from above these shots show a well developed HQ and sound four point stance. Right, the free stack is sound.
Laterals - An unnatural red above and "enhanced" but correct color below. Note color behind ear on lower picture. Indicates future coat color!
Mystique is my pleasant surprise. She is extremely well built, has a strong age appropriate front end , is very strong and balanced in a free stack and has a decent HQ. Of the girls, I like her head with more width of muzzle, underjaw and a great profile. However, picking heads is not my strong suit! Her eyes are a little more almond than her brothers but less than Piper. Her coat is thick and a little more course than her red brother who has a long soft coat. Otherwise, I use the white spot to tell them apart at a glance. She is a lovely girl, a little tough and outgoing but well within "normal" for her age. She plays with balls and also tugs fiercely.

Last but not least is Piper. Her stunning pattern draws you in. Her sweet demeanor keeps you there. She has a beautiful oval eye but is slight on underjaw and muzzle. Her stop and profile are beautiful. Her nose leather is filling in slowly.
Piper is a dream to work with in that she is willing and very giving. Her strong affinity towards people is obvious. While she is easy going and laid back in some ways, she is whining, cautious and slow in others. Piper and her sister tend to do things last. Piper in particular will sit in the whelping box and whine when all the others scramble out. She will do the same when they reverse direction and head back in! She was the last to leave the safety of her room. She sat in the hallway and watched all of us and the dogs an evening before venturing out to meet the pack. Now she is out and about playing with all and shows no distress. Known for her watching and whining, I can always figure who is in a pickle if they cry......it's Piper. As she gains confidence she seems to be outgrowing this phase. I'm sad because we interacted alot during the last two weeks as she mastered her world. I always lent a hand but never solved her problems for her. SHe thrived on the attention. She and the red boy are the sweetest, kindest souls...for now. I can't complain about her structure. She is beautiful, extremely well balanced (which was noted at birth), and has a tremendous little coat! She is the pup that makes you laugh as she always is up to one antic or another. Unfortunately, she is the only single dewclawed pup in the litter but it is also worth noting that some of the others doubles didn't grow at the same rate. Mystique, while technically a double, looks like her right second pad hasn't grown since birth. There is a very, very small complete second nail and pad on the right foot and a normal double on the left in Mystiques case.
Piper like to chase balls and is the only pup to "death shake" her toys. This is funny as she is the calmest of my pups with exception to complainting loudly when left behind for any reason!
Nice HQ, her tail shous the strongest curl in the litter to date! The tip now points directly toward her head and is held close to the body.
